The concept of these films was to show the listener of an audiobook in their normal environment and then how they suddenly got transformed to be inside the story.
Working with really short films is a challenge. In a good way. You get to focus totally of a single effect shot, and that's basically the whole movie. We filmed the live action plates in very high resolution so that we could produce films both as regular 16*9 and standing formats for social media.
I had rather free hands and could actually pitch in my dog in one of the films. Not sure he appreciated being thrown around in the green screen studio though.
My roll: VFX on Set Supervisor, All 3D and Compositing.
Software: Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop and a lot of dog treats.
