There are often many people and restrictions involved as well as a high level of security. Files can be delivered in a variety of formats and sometimes actually not at all. Then you have to be creative.
There is usually pdf, powerpoint or something to work with.
The files can be extremely dense to handle with a very complex structure, so a good starting point is to hide or get rid of all geometry that isn’t necessary.
There might also be part of the drawings that has to be hidden which makes it a bit of a challenge to create a visually inspiring movie, without revealing too many details.
